Our Leadership Development Programme supports leaders to make that change for themselves. It helps ambitious leaders realise their leadership potential and develop their agility. Our “Stepping Up” Leadership Development Programme is a 6-12 month development programme for ambitious leaders. It is highly-customised to your organisation’s context. Through monthly group sessions we help participants learn by addressing real workplace challenges.

Between the workshops, we hold peer coaching and mentoring sessions. These help leaders reinforce learning and put the skills into practice.
Typically, we limit group size to 12 participants to ensure we meet individual needs.
Participants are eligible for free studying membership of the ILM for the duration of the programme. On completion of their programme, participants receive a branded certificate.
