As the company grows everyone needs to step up a level.  Our Leadership Development Programme supports leaders to make that change for themselves.  It helps ambitious leaders realise their leadership potential and develop their agility.  That way, they can grow with the organisation.

What is a Leadership Development Programme?

Our “Stepping Up” Leadership Development Programme is a 6-12 month development programme for ambitious leaders.  It is highly-customised to your organisation’s context. Through monthly group sessions we help participants learn by addressing real workplace challenges.

Who is it best for?

We work with mid-to-senior level leaders who lead others and who work up, down and across the organisation.  We help them maximise their leadership potential so they can step up their contribution and grow into new opportunities.

 

 

How does it work?

We co-design the Programme with the participants and key stakeholders to ensure it meets the needs of all involved.  Our aim is to address specific personal and organisation challenges as well as align with the company values.

The programme comprises workshops which cover the five levers of influence that individuals need to be successful:

  1. Purpose: We help you develop clarity on your core purpose so you can create, share and inspire others to follow you vision.
  2. People: We help you develop the skills to get the best out of your people so they take ownership and responsibility for delivering results.
  3. Performance: We help you develop the confidence and ability to have constructive conversations.
  4. Profile: Success is through the eyes of your stakeholders.  We help you develop strategies to influence the people who matter.
  5. Partnership Working: We help you develop skills and strategies to build trusted relationships.

Between the workshops, we hold peer coaching and mentoring sessions. These help leaders reinforce learning and put the skills into practice.

Typically, we limit group size to 12 participants to ensure we meet individual needs.

Participants are eligible for free studying membership of the ILM for the duration of the programme. On completion of their programme, participants receive a branded certificate.

Between workshops we hold Peer Coaching Sessions to reflect on experience and reinforce learning.
