We have spaces for 8-10 HR and learning professionals to join us for the first open programme, which kicks off in July!

How it works
This is a fully blended, online programme over a period of four weeks.
You will participate in live, interactive and highly enjoyable, online workshops over Zoom. There will be 4 weekly workshops, each lasting 2 hours. Dates are:
It’s a highly practical programme. Each workshop focuses on a new concept or tool and the chance to practice it in the workshop – so you’re ready to make immediate use of your learning.
Sessions will be recorded and uploaded to the online learning portal along with other programme materials and resources
Between the live online learning sessions there will be self-paced learning through our comprehensive learning portal. This involves watching recorded videos, completing online activities, background reading, practice and interacting with your colleagues via online comments.
How much does it cost?
The participant fee is huge value at £550 + VAT per person. For this you get:
– 8 hours of live online workshops over 4 weeks (worth £450 + VAT)
– Self-paced learning through our comprehensive online learning portal (worth £225 + VAT per annum)
– Career Conversation Toolkit posted to wherever you are in the world (worth £40 + VAT)
– Associate Membership of the Institute of Leadership and Management (worth £150 + VAT)

The overall goal of the course:
To give you the practical tools and skills to have meaningful career conversations with your employees. Conversations that empower them to take ownership for their career development.
The programme will be delivered online through four modules of bite-sized training videos, exercises, worksheets and other resources which will be delivered one module a week for four weeks. For each module there will also be a 2-hour live online learning session where we will come together to discuss the content, apply our learning and practice the skills.
As part of the programme, participants will have access to an online learning portal where they can ask questions, share ideas and experiences with other like-minded managers and HR professionals.
And during the programme I will give you full, online support, answering any questions you might have and making sure the programme meets your needs.
As you might expect, we can only create interactive, participative online workshops with a small group of participants. So there are only 10 places available. Those 10 places will be reserved for people who pre-register their interest before enrolment opens on 19 June 2020.
