Our AGILE process follows five stages:

Awareness – we hold strategy sessions to understand the business context, what the leader or leadership team need to achieve, and desired outcomes from the coaching.


Goal-Setting – we use sophisticated leadership assessments plus interviews with key stakeholders to agree specific goals and how to measure progress and results


Immediate challenges – we co-design sessions with the leader or leadership team to agree number, duration and focus of coaching sessions.


Learning – we deliver regular coaching sessions over a 6-, 9- or 12-month period. The coaching sessions are a catalyst for action with telephone and email support between session.


Evaluation – we hold final review sessions to evaluate the impact of the coaching and determine return on investment.
