As the world of payments evolves, so do the careers within it. Worldpay wanted to help its emerging leaders chart their next steps with confidence and clarity. A group of ambitious, globally dispersed individuals had been handpicked for a pilot leadership and development programme. While highly motivated, they faced uncertainty due to organisational change, varying levels of manager support, and non-linear career paths. Worldpay’s L&D team sought to empower participants to take ownership of their career journeys, develop clarity on their goals, and explore both managerial and individual contributor routes.

Antoinette delivered the Career Compass Masterclass supported by the Career Compass Workbook. She guided participants through a practical, energising session where they explored their strengths, aspirations, and opportunities.
