The idea that you should take ownership for your own professional development has been around for some time. But you can’t do it alone. You need the tools to own your own career. And you need support from your manager and the organisation. The Career Compass Workshop will help employees take ownership for your career development. It will give them the tools to prepare for a career conversation so they get the support you need.
The Career Compass Workshop is a practical workshop to help employees develop their careers within your organisation. It will help them ask the right questions ahead of a career conversation with their manager.

The Career Compass Workshop is for individuals in organisations. It is a chance for individuals to plan their professional development and shape their future in the organisation.
The duration of the workshop is 6 hours. We can deliver in person or online via technology.
Participants receive individual coaching and telephone/email support for the duration of the programme. Typically, we limit face to face sessions are limited to 12 participants to ensure we meet individual needs.
Participants will take home their own Career Compass Workbook and Guidelines. And they’ll have access to supplementary resources to prepare for career conversations with their manager.
