ENGAGEMENT

What is Mentoring? Launch Event

Help prospective mentors and mentees understand what mentoring is and the benefits it can bring

A really useful and informative session. It helped me understand more about how to become a mentor and what skills you need.

Manager, FCDO Services

Different people have very different ideas about what mentoring is. Unrealistic expectations about what mentoring can achieve can undermine its effectiveness. Confusion about roles and responsibilities can lead to disappointment and dissatisfaction.

Our What is Mentoring? Event will help prospective mentors and mentees understand what mentoring involves. They will discover how it can benefit them and how it can add value to the organisation.
