As a Client Relationship Manager at Team AO, you’ll be instrumental in shaping our future, working directly with the founder, on our accelerated growth plans. You’ll take charge of identifying new business opportunities, nurturing our existing relationships, and crafting a strategy that aligns with our mission and values. In a nutshell, you’ll be the driving force behind revenue generation, client satisfaction, and company expansion.
- Own and implement the company’s growth strategy and team objectives.
- Double our revenue in three years by winning, retaining, and growing our client base.
- Enhance existing client relationships to boost brand value.
- Represent Team AO at industry events and network like a champ.
- Craft targeted marketing campaigns that generate quality leads.
- Lead the team by balancing ambition with a sense of fun and innovation.
- Analyse data to make informed strategic decisions.
Who We’re Looking For
We value passion and drive for strategic growth and client satisfaction more than anything. You should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a revenue-generating role, preferably in our industry. You need experience in business development and the essential skills that accompany it—from CRM management to negotiation abilities.
