One of our values is to be helpful. As specialists in mentoring we believe in the importance of sharing wisdom and experience for the benefit of others. This is what inspired me to write ‘Confident Career Conversations’, so to have received such recognition from such an esteemed organisation as The Insitute of Leadership is a real honour.
