International Mentoring Association Conference 2015

Are you interested in introducing Mentoring as part of your Talent Development Strategy?  Would you like to learn the best practices in mentoring and discover the tools and strategies that can make it a success?

If the answer is yes, you may like to join me at the 2015 International Mentoring Association Conference in Phoenix, Arizona.  I’m delighted to have been confirmed as one of the speakers.

Registration is now open for this year’s conference, which will be held on 22-24 April 2015 at the Doubletree by Hilton in Phoenix-Gilbert, Arizona.

International Mentoring Association Conference 2015

The conference theme “Best Practices in Mentoring: Tools & Strategies for Success” offers opportunities for you to share tips, tools, and ideas that have worked best for you and your organization, to learn effective tools and strategies from others, and to build your mentoring network.

Keynote speakers include Laura Gail Lunsford, Associate Professor, University of Arizona and expert in leader development and the psychology of mentoring and coaching.  She will be presenting on the subject of “Doing Mentoring Right: Upgrade Your Toolbox”

Pre-Conference Sessions include “The Mentor as Leader: Leading Other Leaders” and “Change Will Happen! Mentoring Individuals & Teams Successfully Through Change.”

Career Conversation Toolkit | My Presentation

And there will be a full schedule of interactive workshops. On the morning of Thursday 23 April, I will be delivering a workshop on Career Conversation Toolkit – Helping Mentees Take Ownership of Their Careers

If you can’t make it to the Conference, but would still be interested in attending my workshop my plan is to deliver a webinar on the same subject shortly after my return from the U.S.  Watch out for further news on that.
